EU Leaders is an <a href=\"https:\/\/erasmus-plus.ec.europa.eu\/\">Erasmus+<\/a> KA2 project which lasts 24 months. The project began in December 2021 and ends in December 2023. For the project\u2019s implementation, seven (7) <a href=\"https:\/\/euleaders.eu\/el\/%cf%83%cf%8d%ce%bc%cf%80%cf%81%ce%b1%ce%be%ce%b7\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">partners<\/a>, coming from six (6) different countries, joined their forces to accomplish their aim.<\/p>\n<h2>Aim<\/h2>\n<p>The aim of EU Leaders project is to foster the competitiveness and productivity of businesses and organizations, through the development of strategic e-leadership skills, to manage their teams effectively and efficiently within virtual working environments.<\/p>\n<h2>Target groups<\/h2>\n<p>The project is addressed to:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Entrepreneurs\/employers\/leaders\/managers leading teams in virtual business environments across different national contexts \u2013 prior, during and after the COVID-19 pandemic period:\n<ul>\n<li>SMEs (tech based and non-tech-based organisations such as ICT companies, multinational organisations, etc.)<\/li>\n<li>NGOs<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/li>\n<li>Future entrepreneurs \/<\/li>\n<li>VET trainers.<\/li>\n<li>VET mentors.<\/li>\n<li>VET training centres and other VET organisations.<\/li>\n<li>Chambers of Commerce and Industries.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Stay tuned for more info and news!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Our project is now approved!
