EU Leaders<\/a> is a project aiming to foster the competitiveness and productivity of businesses and organizations, through the development of strategic e-leadership skills, to manage their teams effectively and efficiently within virtual working environments.<\/p>\n
What has been done so far?<\/h2>\n
Since the beginning of our project, partners joined their forces in order to deliver its goals and create\/deliver the following five (5) project results to accomplish its aim:<\/p>\n

- Guidebook of inclusion of best practices on suitable digital working environments.<\/li>\n
- e-Leadership Model adopted within tech-based and non-tech-based organisations.<\/li>\n
- e-Leaders\u2019 High-tech Course.<\/li>\n
- e-learning platform for Leaders.<\/li>\n
- Certification framework for the e-leadership skills.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
The progress<\/h2>\n

It is undenniable that the project’s progress is signficant. In March 2022, partners are meeting online and set the project\u2019s framework and timetable for its implementation. One month later, in April, partners are e-meeting again to set responsibilities for the next period.<\/p>\n
Since then, partners have been working on the 1st<\/sup> Project Result (PR), Guidebook of inclusion of best practices on suitable digital working environments<\/strong>.<\/em> Partners are gathering good practices across Europe for the guidebook and all the needed material.<\/p>\n
Until today, p-consulting.gr<\/a>, has already created the project\u2019s website and all the essential dissemination material, which in the next days will be available in 5 more languages (available online in English here<\/a>).<\/p>\n
In September 2022, our partners e-met again, to stimulate the progress of the Project Results for E(U) Leaders, arrange the Transnational Project Meeting and set the next steps for the implementation of the project.<\/p>\n
