There are five (5) project results that are going to be created during the implementation of EU Leaders project. Our team has observed the emergence of a new class of e-leaders, namely leaders who display strategic leadership, business, and ICT savviness.
In order to foster the competitiveness and productivity of businesses and organizations, through the development of strategic e-leadership skills, our project will create a range of digital tools so e-leaders can manage their teams effectively and efficiently within virtual working environments.
Project results
During the EU Leaders’ implementation, 5 project results that will be developed. Let’s see what exactly they are and what they include.
- Guidebook of inclusion of best practices on suitable digital working environments.
The guidebook will include examples of good practices already established at a national and European level, promoting e-strategies and e-tools organisations adopt in their daily management for ensuring the efficient virtual working environment of their employees.
- e-Leadership Model adopted within tech-based and non-tech-based organisations.
The aim of the Model is to identify the training needs, challenges and gaps e-leaders face when managing virtual working environments and teams. It will be targeting entrepreneurs, employers, leaders, managers who are managing their teams virtually.
- e-Leaders’ High-tech Course.
The course aims to further enhance the skills/competences of entrepreneurs/employers/ leaders/ managers/ VET trainers/mentors/educators according to their needs. The training material will be supplementary will target the e-leaders’ personal development and will include a mentoring methodology for mentors.
- e-learning platform for Leaders.
This platform will be a core component of the project since it will support existing and would-be entrepreneurs/employers/leaders/manager and VET trainers/mentors and educators’ ever-growing educational and development needs.
- Certification framework for the e-leadership skills.
The certification of e-leadership skills acquired will be based on ISO/IEC 17024:2012 (Accreditation Standard: General Requirements for Bodies Operating Certification of Persons); it has been developed with the objective of achieving and promoting a globally accepted benchmark for organizations operating certification of persons.
