e-leaders High Tech Course.
Introduction
E(U) Leaders is an Erasmus+ VET project that aims to foster the competitiveness and productivity of businesses and organizations through the development of strategic e-leadership skills necessary for entrepreneurs / employers / leaders / managers (as well as VET trainers, educators and mentors) to manage their teams effectively and efficiently within virtual working environments.
The course aims to further enhance the skills / competences of entrepreneurs / employers / leaders / managers / VET trainers / mentors / educators according to their needs. The training material will be supplementary will target the e-leaders’ personal development and will include a mentoring methodology for mentors.
The Course includes seven Modules:
- e-leadership styles (refers to the process by which a person guides and motivates the behavior on a technology-mediated environment, communication technologies), e-management strategies.
- e-ethics (behavioral online ethics in the digital industry).
- e-social skills and e-team building skills (communication etc.).
- Information and data literacy (a number of abilities and concepts that can help us determine exactly what our needs in terms of information, data and digital content under various circumstances including data management).
- Information security (digital identity protection, etc.), GDPR.
- e-technology skills (innovative digital tools).
- Evaluation and effective follow up techniques.
The main objectives of this project.
- Create an e-leadership model by mapping strategic e-leadership skills, competencies and approaches organizations communicate within virtual working environments.
- Identify common high-tech leadership skills’ needs within virtual working environments, both at personal and strategic / organizational levels.
- Identify effective web-based tools and approaches in managing virtual working environments and teams successfully.
- Develop and assess e-leaders’ strategic e-leadership skills through web-based teaching and learning approaches.
- Create a certification framework which will define both the e-leaders curriculum and the skills assessment process.
