(2003a), “leadership mediated by technology can exhibit exactly the same content and style as traditional face-to-face leadership.” They also believe that the leader’s ability to function effectively in this environment depends on the infrastructure supporting the workplace (Avolio, B. & Kahai, S. (2003b)). Effective virtual leadership is not that different than in-person, what changes is how you do it.
